Plot

Celeste Blodgett (Majandra Delfino) is a small-town girl who moves to New York with big dreams and bad hair. But the mousey miss soon discovers that her dreams are all but defunct.
Things start to look up when her neighbor Kyle (Ethan Embry) befriends her, but she´s still tragically unhip. Enter her cousin Dana (Nicholas Brendon) who rallies his chic city cohorts to give Celeste a major makeover. With a fab new look and the confidence to match, Celeste takes on Manhattan but something is missing … namely the real Celeste and the true love that´s right under her nose. Can Celeste open her eyes in time to see that looks, life and love aren´t always what they seem?
