Majandra Cast As Rainn Wilson’s Sister On ‘The Office’ Spinoff

What part of the family did these genes come from?! Majandra Delfino (ABC Family’s State of Georgia) has been cast to play Dwight Schrute’s (Rainn Wilson) sister on The Office spinoff project, which will be introduced in an episode of the NBC comedy later later this season. Titled The Farm, the spinoff has Dwight living at the Schrute family beet farm and bed & breakfast. Delfino will play Fannie Schrute, Dwight’s younger sister who once fled the Schrute farm life for Boston but is back, divorced and with a child. The Farm was conceived by Wilson and former Office executive producer/showrunner Paul Lieberstein.

Majandra And David Welcome Daughter Cecilia Delphine

Congrats to Majandra and David on their baby girl. Also I totally love the name. So adorable 😀

It’s a girl for David Walton and Majandra Delfino!

The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Cecilia Delphine Walton, on Thursday, June 14 in Los Angeles, they tell PEOPLE exclusively.

“We’re in love with her and are having a lot of fun with our new family member,” the couple tell PEOPLE of their bundle of joy, who weighed in at 9 lbs., 3 oz.

Walton, 33, and former Roswell star Delfino, who wed in March 2011 in Miami, announced the pregnancy last January.

Delfino, 31, most recently appeared on ABC Family’s State of Georgia, while Walton starred opposite Amanda Peet on NBC sitcom Bent.

Majandra lands new pilot

Majandra Delfino (The Great State Of Georgia) has been cast in ABC’s single-camera pilot starring Mandy Moore and directed by Shawn Levy. The project, written by Bob Fisher and Stacy Traub, centers on newlyweds Annie (Moore) and Ben who get the opportunity of a lifetime to run a hip, new restaurant in Annie’s hometown bringing her closer to her needy and high maintenance family. APA-repped Delfino will play one of Annie’s sisters, who is divorced and living at home. 20th Century Fox TV is producing with Shawn Levy and Marty Adelstein’s studio-based banner.
